Septic Tank Pumping: What We Need From You

 

To properly pump your septic or holding tank, the tank lids must be exposed and accessible before we arrive.

This means:

• The lids are dug out and visible.

• The area around the tank is clear and safe to work in.

• Our truck has reasonable access to the tank.

You do not need to remove the lids. Our technicians will remove and reinstall the lids as part of the service. We simply ask that the lids are fully exposed before your scheduled appointment.

 

We cannot properly pump a tank if the lids are buried, hidden under decks, patios, sheds, landscaping, or other obstacles.
